EDUCTATIONAL & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training/certifications preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in a facilities role with strong background in HVAC and electrical maintenance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment (e.g., chillers, cooling towers units, air handlers, exhaust fans).
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems: lighting, panels, motors, controls, and wiring (up to 480V).
- Monitor building systems and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Support general facility upkeep: plumbing, lighting, doors, carpenter, flooring, etc.
- Assist in facility inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during repairs and installations.
- Respond to service requests and work orders using CMMS.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and completed work.
- Participate in emergency response and after-hours support as needed.
- Work with Maintenance team to maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of parts.
- Complete and document maintenance activities associated with predictive and corrective maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance database.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry advancements and technologies.
- Maintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery.
- Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
- All other reasonable tasks assigned with the goal of helping the team, operations, or the facility overall.
