  • Supporting mobility and daily routines
  • Providing transportation for errands or appointments
  • Assisting with personal care / hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Medication reminders
  • Going for walks or engaging in hobbies together
  • Offering "a watchful eye" to ensure your client is safe and comfortable
  • Supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia

Caregivers are thoughtfully matched with clients based on personality, shared interests, and life experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience and level of care)
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability
  • Paid training provided; no prior experience required
  • Career advancement opportunities in senior care
  • Shift incentives for nights and weekends
  • Referral bonuses and performance incentives
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • Supportive team environment with ongoing guidance
  • Work within 15–20 miles radius of your home
  • Caregiver appreciation prizes

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A Big Heart: A genuine desire to help others and build relationships
  • Maturity & Reliability: Our clients depend on your consistency and life experience
  • Local Residency: Must live in the Springfield area
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen and motor vehicle check
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
  • Willing to travel locally
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Previous caregiving experience
  • CNA, HHA, STNA, DSP, or similar certifications
  • CPR / First Aid certification

This position is well-suited for retirees, semi-retired individuals, stay-at-home parents, and those seeking a meaningful career change.
