What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personal training services and group fitness instruction, in and out of the water, that offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience, and improve overall sense of well-being
  • Plans and implements an individualized and overall balanced health and wellness program for all members 
  • Assures customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible


What You'll Need

  • The ability to perform health and wellness programming with multi-diagnostic groups
  • Provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness based on individual members 
  • Field experience working with gerontology and/or special populations preferred in addition to personal training and group fitness instructions on land and in water
  • Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation OR a degree in exercise/fitness
