What is a senior over 60?

'Seniors Over 60' refers to individuals who are aged 60 years and older. This age group is often associated with retirement or the later stages of one's career and life. Seniors may be eligible for various benefits, discounts, and programs designed to support their health, financial security, and social well-being. Many organizations and government agencies offer resources specifically for people in this age group to help them maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

Additionally, some organizations offer phased retirement programs or mentorship roles, enabling seniors to transition gradually out of full-time work.
