Job Summary:
Diversity Nexus is seeking an experienced Senior AI Workflow Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven automation across Adobe Experience Manager and Gradial's AI platform. This role will drive next-generation content operations by integrating AI agents into core publishing, governance, and production workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain AI agents in Gradial to automate AEM content updates, asset handling, and workflows.
• Implement and optimize integrations between Gradial AI, AEM Cloud Services, and AEM On-Prem Use AI to support migrations of legacy content into AEM, including template mapping and automated asset transfers.
• Build governance agents enforcing brand, SEO, and accessibility standards.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and deliver AI-powered optimizations (e.g., Figma ? AEM automation).
• Monitor AI agent performance and fine-tune behavior to reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience with AEM (Cloud Service preferred)
• Hands-on expertise with AI workflow tools (Gradial, etc.)
• Strong background in API integrations and automation
• Familiarity with content operations, DAM, SEO, and accessibility standards
