Job description

This job requires someone who can be a Windows Network Engineer and provide Windows Server build and support as well as Windows desktop support including configuring peripherals.

Responsible for working on Physical and Virtual Windows workstations and servers.

This Senior Windows Support Engineer will work in a Windows Network Lab. Parsippany, NJ - 5 year contract

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

This is a hybrid position. Local Candidates Only. 3 days on site - 2 days remote - May possibly work on site 5 days on occasion depending on need.

LOCATION: Parsippany, NJ

DURATION: 12 MONTHS initially with extension up to 5 years

INTERVIEW: In person interview

JOB DESCRIPTION - This is a combination of a Windows Network Engineer and Windows desktop support as stated above.

Looking for a Senior Windows Support Engineer to work in a Windows Network Lab. Prior work in a Windows Network Lab is ideal.

  • Responsible for supporting Physical and Virtual Windows workstations and servers.
  • Experience working with and supporting Windows workstations and servers from initial build to support.
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software issues in a Windows Lab Network.
  • Configure peripherals (scanners, printers, etc.), install software, and troubleshoot problems with various functional teams.
  • Must be a team player with EXCELLENT communication skills.
