The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for service delivery and project deliverables within the global infrastructure environment. This role will identify gaps, needs, and lead improvement efforts to improve service delivery. This role will be considered a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more key technologies under the infrastructure domain. It is expected that this role will operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision.

Within the technical analyst roles, team members will support a wide variety of departments and disciples which will include:

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsiblefor supporting ongoing medium to high complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business (RTB) support, and Incident Service Requests of the assigned global infrastructure area.
  • Provide solutions for both RTB and project efforts of medium to high complexity.
  • Serveasa project resource on application and infrastructure project efforts representing functional capabilities.
  • Assist with gathering requirements, creating recommendations, and implementing solutions to meet the project requirements.
  • Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development with other Information Technology (IT) staff, mentoring, and job shadowing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology, or in a related area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevantindustry related certifications.
  • InformationTechnology experience within the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
TECHNOLOGIES
  • Database Administration:
    • Oracle Role: Experience in Oracle database, Oracle RAC, and Oracle RMAN; Experience within Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Multi-tenant database, Oracle Goldengate, Enterprise Manager and/or Exadata; Experience within operating systems (Linus (RHEL, SUSE, OEL), AIX, or Solaris; Oracle Certified Professional.
    • SQL Role: Knowledge and experience within database build, database architecture, database backup and recovery; Knowledge with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS; Experience in SQL 2016, 2014 and/or 2012; Experience in Widows 2012, 2008, and/or 2003; Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
  • Server:
    • AIX: Experience with AIX on IBM Power Systems and AIX virtualization; Experience with deploying and patching AIX systems using HMC; IBM AIX Certification
    • Linux: RedHat Certification; Experience with deploying and patching Linux server systems using RedHat Satellite.
    • Windows: Experience with VMware and server virtualization technology; Microsoft Certification, VMware Certification.
  • DataNetwork: NetworkA+Certification,Cisco CCNA or CNNP Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification
  • VoiceNetwork: Cisco CCNA or CNNP Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification, Experience with Avaya CM, SME, and Contact Center.
  • Storage: Experience with operating systems such as Linux RedHat, Oracle Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server 2008 and 2012; Experience with enterprise storage concepts (EMC VAX, VNX; Replication and DR design and monitoring); Experience with backup and recovery concepts (EMC Avamar and Data Domain); Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (NTFS, DFS, and file services); Experience with VMware and vSphere; Knowledge of Brocade DCFM and Fabric Management.
  • Application Platforms:
    • Oracle JDE CNC: Experience in JDE CNC Administration, JDE system administration, and JDE security administration; Experience with configuring and supporting JDE on any the following operations systems, databases and middleware technologies: IBM I, IBM AIX, MS Servers, Linux, DB2i, Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL, IBM WebSphere, and Oracle WebLogic. CNC certification is desirable.
    • Middleware: Experience with configuration and administration of the following middleware application server platforms: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, and Wildfly/JBOSS. Certification in any of these platforms is desirable. Some experience with Operating Systems (Windows, RHEL or other Linux) is required. Knowledge of IAM is preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Working Hours: Our team operates 24/7 due to the nature of the digital technology work we support. In this role, you must cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when the business requires it.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent Sitting, Hearing, Talking, Visual, Typing, Manual Dexterity; Seldom Standing, Walking/Running, Reaching, Driving, Bending/Kneeling, Fine Dexterity, Upper Extremity Repetitive Motion, and Lifting/Carrying and Pushing/Pulling up to 40lbs.
Pay Range:

$92,600.00 - $154,400.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
