Web Framework Design & Development Collaborate on the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of internal web framework supporting full-service data operations. Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces aligned with Starbucks design and usability standards. Develop scalable APIs and backend services using modern frameworks and architectures.

Translate UX designs and mockups into high quality, maintainable, production ready code. Ensure solutions adhere to Starbucks security, privacy, and data governance requirements. Build and maintain shared UI components, libraries, and services that can be adopted across multiple applications.

Partner closely with designers, data engineering, architecture, and devOps to deliver cohesive, performant platform experiences Technical Leadership & Standards Demonstrate deep expertise in web technologies and guide teams in adopting best practices and tooling standards. Identify opportunities to improve coding standards and development processes and help drive adoption across the team. Provide technical consultation on complex programs and initiatives.

Act as a thought leader for web development frameworks, platform patterns, CI/CD, and cloud deployment best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong hands-on full stack web development expertise (advanced proficiency). Deep understanding of React design patterns, including component architecture, and modular code organization Strong experience with Node.js and Express for API development

Proficiency in TypeScript and GraphQL for designing and consuming APIs Experience with HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Hands-on development experience with document-oriented and relational database systems (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB, SQL Server or equivalent). Solid understanding of UI/UX and usability principles, responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization
