Job description

We are currently seeking to add a Senior Wealth Advisor position to our team located in Oakland, CA. A Senior Wealth Manager will have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience, establishing a track record of business development success and providing clients with comprehensive planning advice. Senior Wealth Managers are the face of the client relationship with a team built around them consisting of a client service, Tax, Legacy Wealth Strategies, Trading, CIO, and operational support.

What you will do:
   Source and acquire new clients to build business
   Use CPP generated leads, referral leads, and outbound calling leads to educate and convert into clients through the Wealth Accelerator Process 
   Follow up with prospective clients, maximize relationships, create referrals and referral partnership
   Work with prospective clients and current clients to understand their goals, concerns and current financial information. Analyze information to create a long-range financial plan
   Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance
   Work with clients to keep their financial plans current and aligned with their goals
   Maximize relationships, create referrals and keep SalesForce updated
   Research industry guidelines. Stay up to date with current events and market trends
   Comply with current policies and procedures for financial, investment, tax and insurance industry

What you will have:
   At least 5 years of Financial Services industry experience
   At least 3 years of experience as a planning-based Advisor
   FINRA Series 65 License or 7 and 66 
   Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRMs

What is nice to have:

   CFP designation is preferred

Compensation: Total annual target compensation of up to approximately $275,000 (includes base salary draw and variable target-based incentives if conditions are achieved, as determined under the Company's compensation plans).  Actual earnings may be more or less than target and depend on individual performance, business conditions and plan terms.
