POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Marketing Manager owns the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the business, driving profitable growth, strengthening brand presence, and improving customer engagement. This role serves as a strategic business partner to sales, product management, and engineering to bring products to market, influence go-to-market priorities, and support ongoing product performance across key channels. The Sr. Marketing Manager translates technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and leads marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role also oversees content development, agency, and vendor partnerships, and marketing performance while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and overall business priorities.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own and lead the business's integrated marketing strategy, campaigns, and product launch activities
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to sales, product management, engineering, and other functions to shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and commercial priorities for the business
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing assets across channels, including digital content, printed collateral, product literature, trade show materials, presentations, and customer-facing communications
  • Own digital marketing activities, including web content, social media, and other online channels, to strengthen brand awareness and support demand generation, and improve customer engagement
  • Lead channel marketing initiatives and develop tools and programs that enable wholesalers, retailers, and other partners
  • Translate product features, technical information, customer insights, and market data into clear, customer-focused marketing content, sales support materials, and communications
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and campaign performance into actionable strategies and recommendations that improve business results and inform marketing priorities
  • Own marketing budgets, annual operating plans, project timelines, and performance metrics to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact while setting priorities across the marketing function
  • Ensure brand consistency across materials, campaigns, and communications while protecting and strengthening brand standards, and market positioning for the business
  • Lead and optimize relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Lead and develop marketing team members, fostering a high-performing team environment and strengthening marketing capability across the team
  • Lead the strategic and operational direction of the marketing function for the business, establishing priorities, annual plans, and resource allocation in alignment with commercial objectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading direct reports and agency partners, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience owning marketing strategy across product lines, channels, or customer segments.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing programs, campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and marketing investments tied to measurable business outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Experience in plumbing or building products industries
