Job Description

Vuori is seeking a strategic Senior Wholesale Marketing Specialist to support the wholesale business, with a primary focus on the Specialty Account channel. This role will be responsible for driving best-in-class brand execution, supporting seasonal GTM initiatives, managing digital assets and marketing POP, and helping scale operations that enable sustainable growth across physical and digital environments for Specialty Accounts. 

At the heart, this position is a marketer, project manager, and relationship builder, capable of managing multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring Vuori's brand storytelling is coming through in accounts. This position will play a critical role in supporting wholesale reps, leading the end-to-end development of wholesale fixtures and POP programs, and driving grassroots marketing initiatives that strengthen Vuori's presence in local markets.  

What you'll get to do: 

  • Execute all seasonal wholesale marketing strategies across Specialty accounts and serve as the trusted marketing partner to sales rep and accounts 
  • Develop account-specific activation plans that support growth opportunities, new account launches, and seasonal marketing priorities within portfolio  
  • Partner closely with Sales, Visual Merchandising, Brand Environments, Community Marketing, and Brand Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns to accounts 
  • Own the end-to-end development and deployment of wholesale fixtures, fixture rollouts, signage, marketing collateral, and POP across Specialty Accounts and identify opportunities to streamline processes  
  • Monitor and manage wholesale partner physical and digital environments to ensure consistent and elevated brand presentation 
  • Manage vendor and account relationships, production timelines, budgeting and planning for any Specialty Account needs  
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising teams on planograms, custom installations, and in-store marketing programs, while identifying opportunities to enhance product and brand positioning and storytelling 
  • Lead grassroots wholesale marketing events and/or educational clinics that support filed reps and Specialty Accounts, while also supporting the larger wholesale marketing team with tradeshows and other event opportunities that deepen consumer and partner engagement with brand  
  • Develop tools, reporting, and processes that improve visibility, efficiency and scalability across the wholesale marketing team  
  • Organize and distribute approved seasonal assets through DAM platforms and partner channels 
  • Track all event recaps and performance reporting 
  • Track promotions, co-op marketing programs, and account marketing calendars 
Qualifications

Who you are: 

  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, or related field. 
  • Proven experience managing fixture programs, POP development and merchandising initiatives  
  • Experience supporting national retail partners, sporting goods retailers, department stores, or specialty accounts 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Experience coordinating marketing assets, DAM systems, POP programs, retail activations, or visual merchandising initiatives 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The salary range for this role is $93,000 per year - $120,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
