Position Summary

The Associate Trade Marketing Manager, National Accounts plays a key role in driving growth across some of the nation's most influential restaurant, hotel, entertainment, and hospitality partners.

This highly collaborative position sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, consumer insights, and creative development. The role is responsible for creating compelling customer presentations, developing impactful marketing programs, supporting national account activations, and uncovering growth opportunities that enhance the performance of Trinchero Family Estates brands with National Account Customers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Marketing Support

  • Develop compelling customer presentations, RFP responses, and business reviews that support account growth and brand placement opportunities.
  • Translate customer objectives, consumer insights, and market trends into persuasive business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with National Accounts sales teams to identify opportunities that support customer goals and drive profitable growth.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for key national account partners.

Customer Storytelling & Content Development

  • Create impactful presentations and sales tools that communicate the value of Trinchero Family Estates brands and portfolio solutions.
  • Develop customer-specific content that aligns with each account's unique business objectives and consumer audience.
  • Write compelling copy and messaging that supports product placements, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement.
  • Research industry, consumer, and competitive trends to strengthen customer recommendations and business proposals.

Insights & Business Analytics

  • Utilize available market data, consumer insights, and analytics tools to support strategic recommendations.
  • Identify emerging beverage and hospitality trends that can translate into business opportunities for key accounts.
  • Transform data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support customer growth and brand performance.

Marketing Programs & Activations

  • Support the development and execution of customer marketing programs designed to drive awareness, trial, and sales.
  • Coordinate national account activations and ensure successful execution across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
  • Develop post-program recaps and reporting to evaluate performance and identify future opportunities.

Creative Development & Brand Stewardship

  • Create visually engaging presentations and marketing materials utilizing PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, AI-enabled tools, and other content creation platforms.
  • Partner closely with Creative Services and Brand Marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand standards and messaging.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling and presentation excellence across all customer-facing materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Creative Services, Insights, Innovation, and Operations teams.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives for National Accounts leadership.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, sales enablement, trade marketing, category management, hospitality, CPG, beverage alcohol, agency, or related industries.
  • Strong presentation development and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other business productivity tools.

 

Preferred

  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams or customer-facing marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of hospitality, foodservice, wine, spirits, or consumer packaged goods industries.
  • Experience using data and consumer insights to support business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design platforms.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 -  $90,000.00  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits.   We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
