Position Summary...

The Senior Graphic Designer elevates brand, retail, and digital marketing for VIZIO and Walmart. This role leads packaging development end-to-end creating concepts, refining layouts, and delivering final artwork and print-ready files, while ensuring brand consistency, shelf impact, print feasibility, and alignment to business strategy. The designer drives high-impact projects across digital and print, leveraging advanced Adobe, Figma, and related tools, integrating customer insights, and partnering cross-functionally to manage timelines, feedback, and operational needs. They mentor junior designers, foster a high-performing team, and uphold company policies and ethical standards to support brand growth.

What you'll do...

The Creative Services team delivers comprehensive design solutions across digital advertising, packaging, video editing, email, and social campaigns supporting multiple business units. This team develops and implements digital media strategies that enhance VIZIO and Walmart market presence through data-driven insights and effective campaign management. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team executes impactful marketing initiatives addressing various business needs. Members contribute to sustained success by combining expertise in visual design, brand identity, and communication to produce high-quality creative assets that align with strategic goals and elevate the customer experience.

  • Create digital and print marketing collateral, leading packaging design from concept through production-ready files with strong brand consistency, shelf impact, and print feasibility.
  • Introduce best practices, spark creative innovation, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate creative output.
  • Improve visual quality and consistency while accelerating project turnaround.
  • Champion emerging technologies (including AI) to modernize workflows, enhance creative output, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Manage cross-functional communication to align graphic strategy, incorporate feedback, and resolve challenges.

  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, specifically Illustrator; deep expertise in brand development and digital, print, and visual design.
  • Lead high-impact packaging projects from concept to production (dielines, layouts, artwork), ensuring brand consistency, shelf impact, print feasibility, and labeling/regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and suppliers to manage revisions and deliver on time.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, entertainment, or agency environments; strong UI/UX principles to deliver user-focused, visually compelling solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects, delivering artwork aligned to brand and line plan requirements.
