You're ready to hone your craft and broaden your design skills, but the journey with your team is what drives you.
As a Senior VX Designer, you will....
- Apply deep understanding of design principles - including typography, composition and layout, scale, and color theory - to create cohesive, innovative visual experiences that influence long-term organizational strategy
- Champion visual design excellence by relentlessly raising the bar through new insights, design trends, and strategic thinking
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise across visual design domains including graphic design, motion, art direction, and design systems
- Scale a new visual language through the design system by translating visual principles into design tokens, reusable components, and patterns that integrate with development workflows to ensure consistency and quality across platforms
- Create high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes that explore new visual directions, demonstrate motion principles and micro-interactions, and validate design intent through stakeholder collaboration and user testing
- Build relationships which provide leadership, direction and mentorship for a team of UX Designers
- Actively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, management, and research on complex user flows and commerce-driven projects
