Senior Paid Media Specialist


Job Description

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you lead the implementation and optimization of your client's paid search marketing programs. You perform strategic planning, performance analysis, testing, and reporting on all of your assigned client's campaigns, using platforms such as Google, Bing, and Facebook. You communicate regularly with your clients and occasionally travel to meet with them face-to-face. As you analyze campaigns and implement optimizations, you will successfully meet your client's KPI's. Your ability to provide unique solutions for both your clients and the company will produce great results!ย 


ย ย Schedule

  • Hybrid / Full Time
  • 2 WFH days available weekly following the onboarding period.

Job Expectations

  • Manage and be a point of contact for high-level assigned client paid media accountsย 
  • Delegate tasks to the Paid Media Coordinators and Specialists as appropriateย 
  • Provide mentorship and training to other team members within the agency, including the assistance of complex problem solving on client relationships and programsย 
  • Manage vendor relationships to implement and manage campaigns on third party advertising platformsย 
  • Identify and implement paid media tactics and best practices, including search, display, remarketing, and video ads
  • Monitor performance of marketing initiatives through monthly reporting and present recommendations to increase ROIย ย 
  • Support the New Business and Strategy Departments with sales, organic growth, and client retentionย 
  • Delegate tasks to Paid Media Coordinators and Assistants when appropriateย 
  • Present during internal and external promotional, networking, and educational events
  • Pull, analyze, organize, and interpret data
  • Clearly and consistently communicate between internal product teams and external clients
  • Research and stay up-to-date on marketing trends


Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
  • Must demonstrate strong conceptual and written communication skills with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary)ย 
  • Must demonstrate presentation skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to lead and train others
  • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clients
  • Demonstrated proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking when solving problems
  • Strong understanding of Bing Ads and Social Ads, such as Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Advanced knowledge of Google products, including Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio

Required Experience

  • Google Ads Certificationย 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or another related fieldย ย 
  • 2+ years of Paid Media experienceย 
  • 1+ years of customer service/consulting experienceย
