SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Senior Systems Integration Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- Participate in a broad range of engineering tasks supporting the development, testing, integration, fielding, and sustainment of advanced systems for U.S. Military platforms and mission systems
- Develop and validate system requirements, ensuring hardware and software components integrate seamlessly
- Collaborate with design teams, supporting test planning and execution
- Assist with system-level troubleshooting and verification in laboratory and field environments

Required Education:
- BS degree and fourteen (14) years of experience; four (4) years of related experience accepted in lieu of a degree
Required Clearance:
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools supporting hardware/software integration
- Experience supporting requirements development, interface definition, system verification, and validation activities
- Experience integrating complex hardware and software components across laboratory, testbed, or vehicle environments
- Experience with HW Avionics or SW Avionics
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques (SysML/UML)
- Experience analyzing system documentation, architecture artifacts, and interface control documents (ICDs)
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation
