Job description

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for transforming ideas and concepts into compelling visualizations for internal leaders, partners, and customers. The individual will turn visions into concepts and then into designs that demonstrate simplicity, despite system complexity. This position involves delivering User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and visual designs for projects, functioning within a cross-functional design team that utilizes a user-centric design methodology for web and mobile applications. Collaboration with designers, UI Architects, Product Management, and Development teams is key, along with assisting in mentoring and supporting the team. Responsibilities include working on moderately complex projects, collaborating on business concepts and solutions, refining client requirements, and communicating analysis and design recommendations. The role also supports staying updated on usability trends and researching best practices in application design, while adhering to standards and processes and collecting UX metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Visualize ideas and concepts effectively for various stakeholders.
• Translate visions into concepts and designs that emphasize simplicity.
• Deliver User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and visual designs.
• Develop new and derivative user interface designs for web and mobile applications using a user-centric methodology.
• Collaborate with designers, UI Architects, Product Management, and Development teams.
• Assist the lead in mentoring and supporting the team.
• Work on moderately complex projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with business development, research and prototyping, and product management to define future business concepts and solutions.
• Collect, review, and assist in refining client requirements.
• Communicate analysis, recommendations, and potential design solutions verbally and through documentation.
