What you'll do:

  • Design and Prototyping:

    • Create user-centered experiences for native iOS applications and responsive web platforms through research-informed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

    • Design and refine component-based experiences within established design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to platform-specific standards and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.

    • Develop interactive prototypes and visual design solutions that effectively communicate concepts, workflows, and interactions to stakeholders and development teams.

  • User Research and Experience Strategy:

    • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability findings, behavioral insights, and business requirements to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.

    • Defining information architecture, interaction models, and end-to-end user journeys across complex, multi-platform ecosystems.

This role requires strong user experience fundamentals, expertise in component-based design systems, and the ability to balance hands-on design execution with strategic thinking to solve complex business and user challenges. The successful candidate will be comfortable working within enterprise-scale products, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, leveraging AI-enabled design tools and emerging technologies, and advocating for accessible, user-centered experiences that drive meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design expertise with a passion for solving complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and delivering exceptional user-centered experiences.
