Key Responsibilities

•         The MId-Senior UX Strategist/Designer will lead user-cantered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products, translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences.

•         The successful candidate will facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process and task-flow definition, user feedback sessions, and usability testing while confidently challenging assumptions and advocating for evidence-based solutions.

•         They will collaborate closely with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional partners, Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile practices, and various LLM tools to deliver value-based outcomes.

Professional Experience

•         Candidates should have at least five years of UX/UI research and design experience, strong strategic leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, curious mindset focused on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and responsible AI utilization

•         This role requires demonstrated experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process to accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts, develop AI rendered prototypes, support usability testing, and identify opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.
