Job description

Role: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Lansing, MI
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Type: Hybrid, Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week.
Please note, resource may need to work some weekends or after hours.

Our client is seeking a Senior System Engineer resource to provide design, engineering, technical, implementation support, process design and service design package documentation for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). There are enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functional requirements that require a skilled technical engineering resource. This resource will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, training and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff. In addition, this resource will provide engineering and technical support for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
