About the Role

Accountable for end-to-end financial controllership across the AmericasTBS model, ensuring integrity of financial reporting, strong governance, and effective delivery through a hybrid shared services and BPO operating model.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Close
  • Own end-to-end integrity of financial outputs across the TBS model
  • Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting with clear variance analysis
  • Ensure balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and reporting quality
Accounting Operations Oversight
  • Provide oversight of end-to-end accounting operations (R2R, P2P, O2C)
  • Ensure service quality, SLA performance, and resolution of escalations
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of financial processes and outputs
Audit & Statutory Management
  • Lead statutory reporting, ensure full compliance with IFRS and local requirements
  • Coordinate audit delivery with stakeholders
Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Maintain a robust control environment aligned to Group policy and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and enhance financial controls
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
Business Partnership & Commercial Acumen
  • Translate financial results into insights
  • Partner with AmericasFinance & FP&A
Systems, Data & Process Improvement
  • Leverage ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Standardise processes and improve data integrity
Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Support finance transformation initiatives
  • Leadgovernance frameworks, scorecards, performance tracking across finance services
  • Use data and insights to drive improvements in close cycle, data quality, and process efficiency
  • Embed a continuous improvement mindset across teams and partners
BPO Governance & Service Performance
  • Own performance of outsourced finance delivery, including SLA/KPI management
  • Drive accountability across shared services and BPO partners
  • Lead structured service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
  • MinimumExperience:10+ yearsโ€™ experience across Big 4 and/or complex corporate finance environments.Strong controllership background withinsharedservices or TBS/GBS mode.Provenexperience leading hybrid teams (onshore/offshore/BPO).Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders

The anticipated base compensation for this position is $147,000 to$168,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and market considerations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, commissions, and/or a comprehensive benefits package, as applicable.The compensation range listed reflects a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position at the time of posting.
