As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you are responsible for supporting treasury operations and the team with the strategic development within business insurance risk management practices, driving and supporting capital investment decision making, supporting global liquidity and funding efforts and lender relationships, defining foreign exchange and interest rate risk management processes and policies, and providing accurate and timely financial projections. This team contributes to consistent, efficient global operations while driving initiatives to automate and simplify processes.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home.

What you'll do:

Risk Management - Internal, Customer, Interest Rate and Currency Hedging:

  • Partner with lender risk management resources to review and monitor interest rate and currency risks and identify and execute hedges to mitigate those risks. Document risk management process related to hedging. Review authorizations and total Company hedging practices to ensure activities are appropriately authorized and mitigate business risks. Assist with development of and perform middle office responsibilities related to internal and customer hedging. Monitor internal controls and processes and verify they are adequate to safeguard Company assets.

  • Educate partners from other functional areas regarding hedging benefits and risks.

Financial Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with Non-US controllers, FP&A, Statements, and others outside Finance to maintain balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow long range forecasts.

  • Analyze forecasts to provide detailed insight to Finance and company leadership.

Capital Expenditure Management:

Annual:

  • Establish annual capital planning processes and communicate to finance, engineering, operations, and global leadership.

  • Review and prioritize global recommendations and recommend annual capital plan to leadership with support from leader.

Ongoing:

  • Review individual capital project submissions and work with operations and engineering to approve or reject project requests.

  • Develop and maintain capital project templates, financial metric guidelines, project return scorecards, and manage approvals of projects requiring executive review.

  • Maintain capital allocation framework and advance the connection between capital project spending and approvals to capital allocation strategy. Systematize capital allocation calculations and drive improvements to the allocation framework over time.

  • Collaborate with Executive leadershipto monitor and report on short- and long-term capital spending progress and planning.

  • Administrator for Finario capital planning application, advising partners throughout the organization on use of the system.

  • Participate in equipment and real estate lease financing execution and analysis.

Risk Management - Business Insurance:

  • Manage day to day operations of Company's business insurance program, specifically reviews of insurance clauses in Company contract language and requests for certificates of insurance, in addition to periodic miscellaneous insurance requests.

  • Develop working relationships with insurance broker and other insurance industry partners. Coordinate annual insurance renewal with insurance broker and internal parties, including premium payments and program audits. Work with broker to identify and react to insurable risks and pursue best in class risk management practices and policies. Assess broker performance.

  • Lead the coordination of insurance claims and potential claims with brokers, insurance carriers, attorneys, and Company personnel. Review and maintain vendor and customer insurance requirements.

  • Educate partners from other functional areas regarding supplier/customer insurance requirements and negotiate insurance requirements with suppliers and customers as needed.

  • Coordinate period close, reporting and accounting processes for business insurance transactions, including audit workpapers and schedules. Maintain documentation of the overall insurance program and current/historical copies of all policies.

Liquidity and Cash Management:

  • Aid in managing global debt portfolio. Support financing and M&A activities by analyzing funding needs, preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and implementing minor financing structure enhancements. Assist maintaining lender relationships and provide internal education on company financing.

  • Serve as backup resource for Oracle Cash Management by supporting system implementations, upgrades, patches, and integrations with other modules. Maintain treasury systems and recommend future process improvement opportunities.

  • Assist in managing domestic and global cash operations, including daily cash positioning, liquidity oversight, borrowing decisions, and cash application backup.

  • Collaborate with Treasury team partners on enhancing predictive cash forecasting and connection to immediate and mid-term liquidity needs.

Systems:

  • Serve as the administrator for treasury-related systems and on-line banking portals.

Treasury Support:

  • Support other Treasury responsibilities and partners. Serve as backup to other Treasury functions as needed. Participate on cross functional teams as appropriate. Incorporate process automation and drive technological advancement of treasury functions. Monitor developments within the treasury field and assess relevance/impact to the company.

What you need to succeed:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, banking or financial analysis

  • CPA, CTP, FPAP, or equivalent preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar EPM/financial platforms)

  • Curiosity in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements

  • Effective time management and ability to multi-task to meet strict deadlines for period close.

  • Ability to travel up to 15%
