Your Future Team

Hightower's Operations team supports Advisory teams through the creation, maintenance, and amendments of Client Agreements and custodian maintenance.

Reporting to the Executive Director of FI Trading, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing complex trading strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with variouscolleaguestooptimizetrading performanceat Hightower. The ideal candidatepossessesa deep understanding of capital markets, exceptional analytical skills, and a proventrack recordin executing successful trades across multiple asset classes.

Trade Execution and Management

  • Execute and manage trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange, while adhering to pre-established risk management and compliance guidelines
  • Utilize trading platforms, order management systems, and other relevant technologies to execute trades efficiently and effectively

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Monitor and manage trading positions to ensure compliance with risk limits and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement risk mitigation techniques, such as hedging and stop-loss orders
  • Maintainaccurateand comprehensive trade records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks

Market Analysis and Strategy Development
