Job description

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to work with our highly motivated and innovative design, R&D and test team to develop test (sort, final test, and characterization program for the most advanced STT-MRAM non-volatile memory products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop/Maintain/Enhance test and characterization programs for STT-MRAM products.
  • Responsible test development, debug and validation on ATE system to meet all aspects of data sheet specification (functionality, performance, DC/AC).
  • Responsible for Characterization to meet datasheet specifications.
  • Responsible for scripting to collect and generate characterization reports.
  • Work closely with design and product teams on silicon verification, debug and characterization.
  • Provide product engineering support for product debug, failure analysis and qualification.
  • Ability to work with and manage outside vendors for test hardware (load board, probe card, cable assembly, etc.).
  • Ability to work with and support 3rd party test houses.
  • Performs other test engineering duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • BS +12 or MS +10 years experience in Test/Characterization Engineering is required.
  • ATE experience on Teradyne Magnum 2 is highly desirable.
  • Must be proficient programming skills in C and Python.
  • Experience with data analysis packages such as JMP is required.
  • Needs experience with Scripting language like Pearl, Python.
  • Basic understanding of CMOS circuits and process.
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
