TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR's Enterprise Risk Management ("ERM") function is responsible for ensuring the consistent application of the risk management framework globally to help KKR achieve its strategic objectives and operational efficiency while operating within the firm's risk appetite.
ERM's objectives:
  • Identify and monitor risk from the firm's verticals to understand global, horizontal risk trends and issues
  • Assess and measure risks, control gaps or enhancements for risk relevant programs
  • Aggregate risk information for monitoring and reporting; inform risk-based decision making

With a focus on creating a proactive risk management culture, embedding risk awareness into decision making processes across the firm, as part of our global organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an integrated approach to risk management, helping to shape our firm's approach to risk - making a meaningful impact on our ability to navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape.
POSITION OVERVIEW
KKR is seeking a high-performing Technology & Data Risk leader to join its Enterprise Risk Leadership Team within the Risk Domain Office. This role will be based in our New York office, 5 days per week.
The Risk Domain Office is responsible for providing independent oversight of the firm's most significant enterprise risk domains and developing an integrated view of risk across businesses, functions, and geographies. As a core component of KKRs Enterprise Risk Operating Model, the team plays a critical role in identifying emerging risks, synthesizing cross-risk insights, strengthening enterprise risk oversight, and supporting informed decision-making at the executive and board levels.

Working in close partnership with Enterprise Risk leadership, the successful candidate will help define priorities, mature oversight practices, strengthen enterprise risk integration, and drive a proactive and insight-driven approach to risk management across the firm.
The successful candidate will provide direct oversight of one or more enterprise risk domains, with a particular focus on Technology and Data Risk, while also maintaining an enterprise-wide perspective across the broader risk landscape. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational leadership role within a growing enterprise risk function, helping shape the future development of KKR's Risk Domain Office and strengthening how the firm understands, oversees, and manages risk at scale.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
  • 12-15+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Risk Advisory, or related disciplines, ideally within Financial Services, Asset Management, Insurance, Banking, or a leading consulting firm.
