Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Architect to lead enterprise architecture, solution design, and large-scale technology transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining technology strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and driving innovation across AI, data, cloud, and enterprise application platforms.
The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to design and deliver modern technology solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation objectives. This position requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Strategy
  • Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps.
  • Align technology strategy with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, tools, and frameworks.
  • Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing enterprise architectures.
  • Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices.
Solution Delivery & Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation initiatives.
  • Drive all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Create high-level and detailed architecture designs for complex enterprise applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and architecture teams.
  • Ensure quality, scalability, performance, and security of delivered solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
AI, Data & Analytics
  • Design and implement AI/ML-enabled solutions and intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Architect scalable data platforms supporting real-time and batch data processing.
  • Enable predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities for business decision-making.
  • Promote data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and advanced analytics.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and define solution strategies.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, solution proposals, proof of concepts, and client presentations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technology consulting throughout project lifecycles.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Leadership & Governance
  • Mentor architects, developers, analysts, and engineering teams.
  • Drive adoption of reusable frameworks, assets, and architectural best practices.

Basic Qualifications
