  • Act as a champion for the candidate and stakeholder experience, with the opportunity to optimize and lead the local recruiting experience for the Austin Hub.
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our unique culture to attract passive and active talent.

What You Bring
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) performing full life cycle recruiting supporting diverse corporate functions, with a preference for prior experience in gaming, entertainment, media/creative or technology industries.
  • 2+ years of experience hiring technical talent in the Austin Market.
  • Proven experience recruiting for high-growth teams across various technical, general administration, and technology functions globally.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a self-directed environment, balancing multiple strategic talent priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate care.
  • Ability to successfully manage through rapid organizational evolution and contribute to the transition toward a centralized Global Shared Service model.
  • Demonstrate commitment as a strong partner to the broader HR organization, collaborating effectively across teams to support shared goals.
  • A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing hiring decisions at the senior management level.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking systems.

What We Offer You
  • Great Company Culture. Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success.
  • Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative and to grow within and around the company.
  • Work Hard, Play Hard. Our employees bond, blow-off steam, and flex some creative muscles - through corporate boot camp classes, company parties, game release events, monthly socials, and team challenges.
  • Benefits. Medical (HSA & FSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, commuter benefits, in-house wellness program, broad learning & development opportunities, a charitable giving platform with company match and more!
