Build and execute detailed integration and test activities, using both simulation tools and physical test environments to validate system behavior.
Investigate hardware, software, and endโtoโend system issues by performing structured debugging and reviewing performance data.
Develop and run models and simulations to forecast system performance and support verification efforts.
Combine hardware and software elements into complete operational configurations and assess functionality and performance impacts.
Produce technical documentation, interpret integration and test results, verify requirement compliance, and communicate findings to internal leaders and external stakeholders.
Conduct numerical and statistical analysis of radar performance data to confirm accuracy, consistency, and requirement alignment.
Deliver presentations outlining technical conclusions, system performance results, and recommended actions.
Travel as needed to support testing, integration, and missionโfocused work across engineering facilities, vendor locations, and customer sites. Required Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in a STEM field with several years of handsโon engineering experience.
Background working with systemโlevel software, hardware, requirements development, integration, or system testing.
Experience using digital engineering and modeling environments such as DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or similar requirements/modelโbased tools.
Background in modelโbased engineering and requirements lifecycle management.
Ability to create scripts and functions in MATLAB.
Programming experience with C++, Python, or comparable languages.
Active U.S. Secret clearance (transferable) Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating technical artifacts such as test procedures, test plans, and formal technical reports.
Handsโon work in integration labs, test ranges, or field environments supporting full system integration or verification efforts.
Familiarity with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
Experience collaborating directly with both internal engineering groups and external customers.
