  • Responsible for monitoring production health, responding to incident tickets, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring stability across the environment.
  • The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve incident, problem, and service request tickets within defined SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor application performance, system alerts, and batch jobs.
  • Support planned and emergency change management activities.
