Assist with the administrative functions of the Rankin Smith, Sr. Student-Athlete Academic Center for the Deputy Athletic Director for Academics and Student Development. Greet incoming visitors, assist with incoming calls, operate basic office equipment. Sort and route incoming correspondence and packages/deliveries.

Position Summary
Provide front office assistance for the Rankin Smith, Sr. Student-Athlete Academic Center to include answering phones, filing, assisting student-athletes and walk-ins. Provide assistance as needed to any member of the full-time staff. Ensure compliance of NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the area of Academic Services.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Strong computer skills utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, good communication and writing skills. Effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, customers and the general public.
