Position OverviewThompson Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex engineering projects and provide advanced technical direction across a diverse portfolio of work.This role carries full responsibility for technical excellence, project execution, and client engagement. The Senior Structural Engineer will define project scope, develop innovative design solutions, and guide multidisciplinary teams while acting as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients.
