Job description

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is hiring a Senior Exploitation Specialist / Analytic Methodologist to support the NGA Analytics Technology Program (ATP) at NGA Washington. You will introduce, implement, and execute documented analytic methodologies for GEOINT, applying multidisciplinary mathematical and statistical models to large datasets to extract patterns and behavioral indicators that traditional single-discipline approaches miss.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Introduce and implement documented analytic methodologies for GEOINT analysis within the IC
  • Apply multidisciplinary mathematical and statistical models to large datasets via programming languages
  • Extract patterns, relationships, and anticipatory behavioral indicators from complex data
  • Provide statistical and trend analysis, data manipulation, format conversion, and data collection support
  • Design databases and data entry forms; format data for visualization and presentation
  • Provide data consultation, graphical visualizations, and recommendations on quantitative data selection and collection
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph
  • 10+ years of relevant experience. A combination of education, professional certifications, and training may be substituted in lieu of years of experience.
  • Experience introducing documented analytic methodologies as applied to GEOINT analysis within the Intelligence Community
  • Experience implementing and executing methodologies to achieve specific outputs
  • Knowledge of intelligence operations and GEOINT phenomenology
  • Demonstrated ability to apply scientifically-based approaches (statistical data analysis, knowledge discovery, mathematical modeling) to complex problems
  • Ability to provide data consultation, graphical visualizations, and recommendations on quantitative data collection
