The Opportunity: This position is for a Staff Systems Engineer. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations.

The position will primarily support the operations for a software system. Responsibilities: Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc. Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating Test result documentation Supporting operations of software with tasks such as enterprise test events and user integration and onboarding Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI Clearance Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related engineering field At least 7 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineering Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment Ability to develop requirements Ability to develop test procedures that verify requirements Ability to develop tracing between requirements, code, and verification Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology Desired: Adjudicated Polygraph Current IAT Level II or III certification (i.e
