Would be excellent if has previously done migration from 2008 to 2014

Need to come up to speed quickly

Have CI or deployment. Looking to do in automated

Automated deployments in SQL Server

Tools

Using Team City and Octopus

Not count anyone out without these tools

More understanding with concept for CI & CD 

SQL Dev vs. Admin

Not getting into maintain mode

Setting up DB and setting up migrations plans

 Need have experience with setting up Eco Systems

Not taking reqs and building out requirement

Understand the plan we have, point out improvements, and execute the plans
