What You’ll Do
  • Work on all phases of design, from programming and conceptual design through construction documents.
  • Contribute ideas, evaluate options, and help bring creative and practical solutions to life.
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to integrate systems and keep projects moving forward.
  • Grow as a leader by mentoring others, coordinating project tasks, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Support the permitting process, respond to submittals/RFIs, and ensure designs align with codes and best practices.

We know that great candidates come with a variety of backgrounds. Ideally, you bring:

  • A degree in Architecture (required).
  • 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
  • Strong knowledge of design software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).

  • A license is great, but not required.
