Senior Physical Therapist - Full Time - ON THE SEACOAST!
Up to $15k Sign on Bonus

Physical Therapist Job Summary
The senior physical therapist maintains an active patient caseload while providing assistance to the therapy department with daily oversight and operations.
  • Provide assistance with daily management of therapy programming including adjusting schedules to accommodate changes in daily volume.
  • Assist with interviews, orients, trains, and supervises employees as needed, and serves as a mentor assisting in clinical development.
  • Develops and arranges in-service schedules, competency training, and other learning experiences for professional and support staff
  • Maintains environment for survey readiness including Environment of Care rounds, and ongoing work order management.
  • Maintains supplies and equipment as needed for operation of department.
  • Identifies and initiates evidence based programming, including new treatment protocols and procedures.
  • Assists with chart audits and continued documentation improvement.
  • Plans and coordinates student affiliations for fieldwork students and coordinates the supervision of volunteers and observers.
  • Acts as a supervisor in the director's absence, is flexible, and demonstrates the ability to float between treatment settings

  • Physical Therapist Qualifications:
    • Graduate from a nationally recognized Physical Therapy program
    • 2+ years of total work related experience for senior role. Staff roles also available for new grads!
    • SC License to practice Physical Therapy, in good standing
    • BLS / CPR certification required
