Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking highly skilled Senior Software Engineers (Java) to support enterprise application development and modernization projects. The selected candidates will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Java EE applications, leading technical teams, and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and modernize highly scalable Java EE applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documentation.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring coding best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application stability.
• Work with Oracle 12c+ databases for PL/SQL development.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, training, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related or Engineering field (or equivalent experience on a year-for-year basis).
• 7+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming, including 4+ years in a lead capacity.
• 7+ years (within the last 10 years) of Java EE application development using: Java Server Pages (JSP), Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), Java Message Service (JMS), Spring Framework, Hibernate, JasperReport, Java Persistence API (JPA 2).

• 7+ years (within the last 10 years) of experience developing technical design documents.
