Mesa seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer who will, on a task basis, be the design lead with responsibility for the preparation and completion of discipline engineering designs and supporting documentation; such as design criteria, calculations, and specifications.

Educational Requirements
  • BSEE from an ABET accredited college/university
  • 10-15 Years of progressive experience
  • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve routine technical problems related to specialty area.
  • Possess aptitude for computing and design.
  • Possess working knowledge of computers and software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and software used for specific technical applications within the department. ETAP experience a plus.
  • Experience with Motor Control Centers, Switchboards, and Switchgear preferred.
  • Experience with Low/Medium Voltage equipment preferred.
  • Experience with protective relaying is preferred
  • Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight is required.
