We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on prospecting and lead generation for assigned sales territory supporting the growth of our Overhead Crane & Hoist Sales and Service and Electric Motor Sales and Service divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and solutionbased selling.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential clients with a focus on companies requiring hoist and crane inspections and repairs, electric motor service, and predictive maintenance solutions.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities, utilizing cold calling, email campaigns, networking, industry events, and referrals

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to tailor service offerings that meet client needs and provide value-added solutions

Market Intelligence
