Duration: 18 Months

Overview

As the Senior Software Engineer for digital products, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our software products, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement intuitive, performant, and accessible web interfaces—primarily for internal tools that support commercial operations and enterprise workflows. Some of the key products as part of the digital portfolio are internal web applications and dashboards, mobile and desktop applications, vehicle connectivity solutions, mapping services, production, inventory and planning optimization, servicing and repairs, and more. At the same time, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to be hands-on building core UI frameworks and shared components and will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of complex and large-scale technical efforts.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor''s degree in computer science or a related field
  • 7+ years in software development, with a focus on front-end web technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a major front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and responsive design, with experience building accessible user interfaces (WCAG best practices)
  • Experience integrating with APIs (REST/GRPC/GraphQL) and collaborating closely with back-end engineers on contracts, performance, and reliability
  • Experience with front-end testing practices and tooling (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for finding elegant solutions to complex challenges
