Job Description Position Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of data center interior construction projects. This role oversees multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients, general contractors, vendors, field leadership, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of interior data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners.

Lead project kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and client meetings. Review contract documents, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and change orders. Oversee procurement activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.

Monitor project financial performance, including cost tracking, billings, forecasting, and profitability. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule and cost impacts. Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and project requirements.

Support field teams by providing leadership, problem-solving, and operational guidance. Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business opportunities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 8+ years of construction project management experience.

5+ years managing mission-critical or data center construction projects preferred. Experience working for a subcontractor in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience Data center white space construction. Raised floor systems. Specialty interior systems.

Cable tray and support infrastructure. Interior fit-out and mission-critical environments. MEP coordination and commissioning support.

Experience on hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center projects. Physical Requirements Ability to visit active construction sites and navigate varying site conditions. Ability to travel as required.
