The Opportunity (General Summary)
NTS is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, test and maintain production capabilities of Stronghold, a secure AI-enabled SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has experience building modern cloud applications and AI-enabled systems as part of high-performance teams. In this role you will ensure system reliability, drive automation, maintain compliance, and act as the on-site technical lead. Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities *Essential Functions) * Design, develop, test and maintain production capabilities across the Stronghold platform
* Design and implement AI-enabled capabilities including RAG, information extraction, search, report generation and agentic-driven workflows
* Develop modern web application functionality across front-end/back-end and supporting services
* Review code and technical designs from other developers providing actionable feedback focused on security, maintainability and simplicity
* Mentor junior engineers and act as the on-site technical authority
