If you are an experienced as an Senior / Mid level Project Manager looking for a stable, rewarding career with a company that values safety, professionalism and teamwork, this is the opportunity for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while ensuring proactive solutions
  • Financial Management: manage and protect project budget, manage subcontracts and invoicing, manage change order process, prepare cost reports and work-in-progress forecast reports in timely manner for management.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are in compliance with applicable specifications and laws.
  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, internally and externally, through all project phases.
  • Mentor and train Project Engineers, fostering their professional growth
  • Expand business growth with new and existing clients
  • Complete other duties as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 7+ years of project management and estimating experience in civil construction
  • 7+ year of experience in scheduling and management of project timelines
  • Proven track record of meeting project budgets or exceeding profit margins
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory and leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred plus minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience or 12 years of equivalent experience. Construction Management degree is preferred, other degrees acceptable with relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft software – MS Project
  • Experience with Trimble software is a plus; Vista Viewpoint, B2W Estimate/Track/Schedule
  • Experience with plan take-off software such as On-Screen Take-off and Revu Bluebeam
