Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Slot Technician I to join our team in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines while receiving ongoing training and supervision to develop your technical expertise.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines, equipment, and related hardware
  • Respond to and resolve common floor calls independently
  • Perform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance procedures
  • Diagnose machine faults and conduct basic troubleshooting
  • Identify electronic issues at the board level and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
  • Interpret and apply technical information from repair manuals and equipment documentation
  • Communicate effectively using two-way radio systems
  • Maintain current knowledge of new slot products and equipment
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
  • Follow safety protocols and gaming regulations consistently

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • One year of experience in slot machine maintenance or related field preferred
  • Graduate of slot repair school or similar technical program preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely
  • Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation
  • Physical requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
  • Capable of stooping, kneeling, and crouching while servicing machines
  • Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver weights up to 80 pounds
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
