The Sheboygan Senior Community provides compassionate, specialized senior living services designed to support the full continuum of social, spiritual, and healthcare needs. Our residents enjoy a warm, home-like environment across four unique households, supported by a dedicated team of nurses, therapists, and caregivers committed to safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Position Overview
We are seeking a PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. This on-site role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while supporting residents' health, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living setting
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Monitor and document vital signs and overall health status
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care
  • Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems
  • Respond promptly to changes in resident condition

Qualifications
  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
  • CPR certification (required)
  • Experience in senior care, long-term care, or assisted living preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus
