  • Develop skills with assistance of intermediate and senior staff, in stormwater management, sanitary and water servicing, grading and drainage, roadway design, and utility coordination for subdivision, site plan, and municipal capital projects.
  • Secure and expedite approvals by preparing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, and submissions for subdivisions, site plans, zoning amendments, and environmental approvals.
  • Field Investigations, Site Visits and Construction Support, including tender documents, shop drawing reviews, responses to RFIs, progress certifications, field inspections, and resolution of technical and contractual issues.
  • Promote innovation and sustainability, integrating Low Impact Development (LID), green infrastructure, and resilient design principles into project solutions.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control across all project phases, reviewing designs for constructability, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness prior to submission.
  • Provide input into proposals including new service proposals and client change requests.
