Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a SharePoint Administrator (SCA Code: N/A) in CONUS/OCONUS - Miami, FL to support an engagement for a unified combatant command of the U.S. Department of Defense. It is responsible for contingency planning, operations, and security cooperation in the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) which includes South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. 

The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform SharePoint Administrator, Procurement Analyst services, and Financial Analyst services. The Contractor shall support accountability of the USSOUTHCOM contract requirements for the Procurement Operations Cell to a level of accuracy that is financially auditable, and reporting. Provide SharePoint Administrator shall provide administrative services to the SCJ8 Directorate SharePoint website pages. Provide accountability and data entry support to the Procurement Operations database to maintain 100% accountability of USSOUTHCOM contracts/procurement information in support auditing purposes.

This is a Key Personnel addition to the project.  SharePoint Administrator Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and be responsible for the USOUTHCOM J8 Directorate SharePoint administration performance of the work. The developer will be responsible for managing the J8 Directorate's SharePoint collaboration environment, administering the day-to-day maintenance of the J8 Directorate's SharePoint site, including overall design, architecture, availability, permissions, reliability, operations, maintenance, monitoring and security of the portal; and creation and management J8 Directorate databases to include but not limited to the Procurement Operations Contracting Managing System.

The SharePoint Administrator possesses the knowledge and capability to utilize the Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 Application independently as follows:

(1) Drive solutions by 3 years' experience independently utilizing all Microsoft SharePoint

  • a. 2010/2013/2016 functions leveraging the SharePoint Features, Services, and Service
  • b. Connection.

(2) Developing SharePoint look and feel through the modification of master pages, .css a. files, and XML Files.

(3) Providing workflow process analysis and recommendations from that analysis.

(4) Design workflows and applications including user interface, site, and template design.

(5) Recommend to J8 senior leadership architectural structure related to respective workflow task.

The SharePoint Administrator shall also provide software developer, data collection, analytical services, and system administrator. The Contractor will provide a monthly and quarterly log sheet(s) which summarizes the various state of completion and metrics for all assignments, deliverables, and products. The contractor may need to complete additional training as required by the government to meet cybersecurity, computer access, and content management requirements. Administer the USSOUTHCOM J8 Directorate SharePoint site. Ensures the site is wellorganized; appropriate access controls are identified; and issues are resolved. Ensures a high level of usability and ease of navigation throughout sites. Troubleshoots SharePoint application issues. Assists users in the creation and management of sites. Responsible for implementing, training, and supporting all SharePoint related functions to end users of all technical skill levels. Support, foster, and promote SharePoint to end users. Help end users understand how to properly use this platform in accordance with Command policies. Provide technical and administrative assistance to all users within the J8 Directorate.

Qualifications

The SharePoint Administrator shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position.  Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Minimum Education/Experience: The SharePoint Administrator shall have 3 years of proven expertise with Microsoft SharePoint. SharePoint Administrator Proposed personnel possesses the knowledge and capability to utilize the Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 Application independently and Business Administration or Information Technology Associate degree. 

The SharePoint Administrator shall possess a certification for Microsoft Office Specialist (SharePoint) and/or Microsoft Technology Associate Certification (Network & Database). A copy of the professional certificate(s) shall be submitted to the COR upon contract award and/or prior to beginning contract performance. The SharePoint Administrator shall possess an active SECRET Level security clearance as SharePoint work will be conducted on the NIPR, SIPR and CENTRIXS domains.

Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

The SharePoint Administrator shall possess an active SECRET Level security clearance as SharePoint work will be conducted on the NIPR, SIPR and CENTRIXS domains.

TRAVEL:  Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. 

 LOCATION:  Work shall be conducted at the CONUS/OCONUS - Miami, FL
