Job description

We are looking for a Senior .NET/SQL Server Developer

This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of enterprise applications within a payroll-focused environment. The individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications while partnering closely with technical teams to deliver new functionality and support ongoing project initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET framework.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Design and develop back-end application components.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide effective long-term solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following established development standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong experience developing applications with .NET 10 and C#.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
