Job description

ADP is hiring a Director - Converged Security Transformation Program Manager.

In this role, you will be part of our Converged Security program transformation team, with responsibility for supporting the team in defining scope, objectives and metrics, and keeping the program on track with quality, on budget and on time. The Converged Security team is a group in our Global Security Organization that focuses on associate safety, investigations, and the utilization of technology to transform how ADP protects our associates, locations, buildings and events.

You will work alongside a team of passionate, creative security specialists to define, plan, execute and monitor your programs, communicating with your team or other functions to avoid potential issues in delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Program Manager. Lead various project teams to define problem statements, program scope and corresponding initiatives, understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities. Manage program activities, budget and risk during its lifecycle, direct day‑to‑day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization, and identify and track program dependencies with other programs, projects or ADP functions. Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources. Serve as the point of contact for Program Owners to assess, manage, resolve and, if necessary, elevate risks and issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the program and lead communication with stakeholders and team members through operationalization of the program. Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects and programs. Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.
  • Act as the point of contact for the program, sharing information with teammates, marking milestones, and providing metrics and updates across the enterprise from peers to stakeholders to top executives.
  • Maintain organization and focus throughout the program. Pull the team back to the agenda if meetings drift off topics, keep scope from creeping, remove barriers, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Variety of tasks. Coach teammates, deliver updates to executives in other departments, deploy resources efficiently, manage many competing priorities, and remain flexible and agile in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Provide leadership through actions and innovative thinking, solving problems and removing obstacles while supporting a collaborative culture and resolving conflicts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related engineering field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing large cross‑functional programs/teams.
  • Eight to ten years of project/program management experience working on technical/security initiatives.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Technical experience with deploying new technologies, physical security, risk reduction, risk awareness and training, incident management, fraud, privacy, integrations for security work streams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience on security metrics and KPI.
  • Sound knowledge of Security and Compliance.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated partnership and collaboration in a teaming environment.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Experience using MS Project, SPO, JIRA Align, JIRA Software, Rally, or other project management tools. Proficient in MS Office suite.
