Global Security Operations Center Specialist

About Your Role:

The Global Security Operations Center is responsible for monitoring global risks (i.e., natural disasters, utility outages, fires, accidents, etc.) that could pose a threat to Fiserv associates, facilities, operations, and/or clients. In this role, Specialists will work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you will. quickly compose situational briefings that meet high level expectations to comply with GSOC reporting used to aid decision making from senior business and security leaders, facilities management, and senior executives.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and identify global risks that could impact Fiserv interests

  • Provide intelligence to key decision makers across various business units to help drive positive results

  • Monitor executive travel and regular business travel by providing security and safety briefings

  • Support incident response and crisis management support

  • Support additional tasks such as reporting on data privacy, fraud, health and safety, and suspicious activity incidents

  • Monitor access to Fiserv facilities as well as various alarm and security systems

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Open-Source Intelligence Tools (OSINT).

  • Experience with internal and vendor security software programs.

  • Experience using tools such as Everbridge, ArcGIS, or Dataminr.

Important information about this role:

  • We are better together. This role is fully on-site

  • The GSOC is a 24/7/365 operations with three, eight-hour shifts Monday-Friday and two, twelve-hour shifts Saturday-Sunday

  • Fiserv maintains cyber and network security teams that assess and mitigate those risks, these are outside the role of the GSOC specialist

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.
